Description: The Lockjack is a device that was introduced over 10 years ago. For many climbers it's a go to because it's smooth, efficient and easy to handle. The Lockjack Sport offers climbers a safe, dynamic and energy saving climbing in trees. Using footlock technique or foot ascenders the Lockjack always allows for smooth ascent on the climbing line or along the trunk. In the canopy a one-handed pull on the rope is enough to manage a permanently tight rope. The Lockjack requires two carabiners; one to your harness and one to your spliced climbing line.
